 Lower Back

Hey all,
What do you think about this lower back workout?

Laying on your abs doing crunches till you can't do anymore.At the last rep hold at the highest point for 10 seconds.
15 seconds rest
Leg raises laying on you abs till you can't do anymore.At last rep hold at highest point for 10 seconds.
15 seconds rest
Raise your left arm and your right leg till you can't do anymore.Last rep hold 10 secs.
Raise your right arm and left leg till you can't do anymore. Last rep hold 10 secs.
20 secs rest
Raise your upper body and legs till you can't do anymore. Last rep hold as long as you can.
1 minute rest, repeate 4 times.

I Hope you understood...my english is very bad-.-
Anyone got suggested improvements?

i saw this on youtube...i tried doing it but it's too difficult for me...but it's very good i think Very Happy

adrian u understood wrong. U haven saw that he was saying on every exercises laying on ur abs that means u do something like back extensions etc.
