 LOWER CHEST

HI! As the title says, i want to know what kind of exercices are the best to develop the lower chest cuz i think its a weak point in me

Dips, Pseudo Planche pushups works the lower chest hard.

Do them weighted or on rings. Those are EXTREME for the chest! Rings especially... Twisted Evil

Inner chest...u mean a thick chest? well i recommend diamond pushups, there u can squeze those mucles hard

I'm sorry, but I don't think there is such a thing as a lower chest, or inner chest. From what I know It's impossible to isolate sections of a muscle. Like working my upper bicep or lower bicep.

There is only pec. major and pec. minor which work synergistically with the anterior deltoid and serratus anterior.

Just train movements not muscle groups. (ie.bodybuilding) The muscle develpoment will sort itself out.

Post some videos and maybe we can help more.
