 Just a workout

Did this at the gym today

Registered Minds Warm-Up

Bench Press 135 x 30 reps then, still holding the bar at lockout, do 30 leg raises - 5 sets

Pullups - 10 sets of 10 change handgrips every set(sometimes in the middle of a set)

Curls 40lbs to failure then Shrugs with same dumbbells 25 reps with 3 second pause at the top every 5 reps, then 25 triceps extensions - 5 sets

Dips superset Pushups 20 down

Muscle ups to failure - one set

was a fun workout but I did it right after my shift at the gym and was extremely tired and didn't have much time. next workout i'll have to do some legs. if you try it let me know how you like it
