PostSubject: challenge your pulling endurance   Thu Mar 03, 2011 3:30 pm

I was bored about banging out straight rep after rep to finish a good workout so i decided to mix it all together. Doorway pullup bar works fine.

1.pullup
2.left hand sup/right hand pro grip
3/4 commando grip 1 left/1 right
5.right hand sup/left hand pro grip
6.chinup
7.left hand sup/right hand pro grip
8/9 command grip 1 right/1 left
10.right hand sup/left hand pro grip

this is 1 round.
now start again with a pullup and reverse the direction
don't touch the ground
plz use better form than i did in the video.
always use good form and do everything with controll. This time it was not my intention.
feel free to add weight or adjust it to your needs.

1 round is ok
2 rounds -your getting serious
3.rounds - never settle for mediocricity
4rounds - it's all in the mind
5rounds- ?

btw. hello international bar community. this is an inspiring forum.
plz make some videos and give me some feedback(except my form on the video!)

Tried it & liked it! Fried my forearms. I had to rest a full 10 minutes before I could move on to dips. Good workout! I don't have recording capabilities just yet, but on honor systems I only made it three rounds CLEAN(Round four i had to come off the bar between commando grips, then re-grip and continue)

Great for me who is a BODYWEIGHT beginner but an experienced lifter with strength. Only obstacle is my weight makes ALL of these exercises MUCH more challenging than I anticipatred. I'm currently 265lbs. But my solution...GET STRONGER Twisted Evil
