 new to calisthenics

PostSubject: new to calisthenics   Wed Mar 02, 2011 7:05 pm

Hi guys im new here and I was wondering if any of you can suggest a routine for a begginer im at a ok level of fitness as in I can do lots of situps and press ups. I really need to put on weight or build muscle as im very skinny any suggestions on how to do this ?

the only way to put on size is to eat enough, regardless of your training schedule.
