still recovering, my shoulder seems to be pretty messed up. however, it seems to be getting better and i started to do a few pushups again. i trained my legs with one legged squats, jumping lunges and sprints. due to an ankle injury i'm only doing on legged squats now. hope to be able to get some strength soon.
