| Pyramids Beginner : Press-ups, Dips, Pull-ups, Chin-ups, Sit-ups, knee raises Advanced : Weighted or high numbers (Press-ups, Dips, Pull-ups, Chin-ups), knee raises, leg raises, HSPU against wall Beast: Planche Push-ups, FS HSPU, Front lever pull-ups Supersets, use the same list as above, just combine 2+ exercises together with no rest, eg. pull ups and dips you get the idea  |
