Squats, Lunges, Jumping Squats , Pistols or if u are not able to do it u can do pistol progressions (u do the pistol till u touch an object that u have putted like chair and then u go up). Also calf raises is good for calves and jump rope too. Other ppl just play basketball, football, bicycle or running sprinting.

I think i helped. Also if u want something more challenging u can add weight.

I hope i helped. I personally do squats, lunges , jumping squats ,pistol progressions (sometimes), calf raises and one leg calf raises , jump rope and once a while basketball or whatever.

Pistols, shrimp squats, regular squats, weighted lunges, calf raises, plyometrics, weighted plyometrics, weightd pistols, weighted bar squats, squats on a basketball(real hard I saw cruz on a vid doing them), and glute ham raise if I have someone around to hold my ankles, but I'm still working on that one. When I used to lift weights I used to squat around 400lbs but since I've been doing calisthenics I've been neglecting my legs too much and it's time to get more serious about working them. I'm gonna start doing weighted squats again. Some say that aint calisthenics, but I don't see the difference between weighted squats and doing weighted pullups or dips.

This one of the routine I do sometimes :

W5 pyramid without rest.

If you don't know what is w pyramid :

5 pistols right leg, 5 pistols left leg, 4 pistols right leg, 4 pistols left leg, 3pistols right leg, 3 pistols left leg, 2 pistols right leg, 2 pistols left leg, 1pistols right leg, 1 pistols left leg, 2 pistols right leg, 2 pistols left leg, 3 pistols right leg, 3 pistols left leg, 4 pistols right leg, 4 pistols left leg, 5 pistols right leg, 5 pistols left leg, 5 pistols right leg, 4 pistols right leg, 4 pistols left leg, 3pistols right leg, 3 pistols left leg, 2 pistols right leg, 2 pistols left leg, 1pistols right leg, 1 pistols left leg, 2 pistols right leg, 2 pistols left leg, 3 pistols right leg, 3 pistols left leg, 4 pistols right leg, 4 pistols left leg, 5 pistols right leg, 5 pistols left leg

53 pistols for each leg. If it is to easy do W6

If some one try it please let me know what you think about it.
