depends on the intensity of the workout...

Simple answer... if it hurts, don't do it... if not, then no problem Smile

Some people don't have the time to do 1 solid block workout so will do several smaller work outs throughout the day,

There's also grease the gears style workout which is basically working out all day Smile

This week I started to workout 2 times a day Very Happy ill see if i get injured then i will stop and do only once a day Very Happy i usualy workout every day or should i have a rest day as well ?

its fine as long as you can devote enough effort to your workouts that day so that you accomplish them well, and as long as it doesn't effect your next day's performance and such.
