 MY BIG CHEST ROUTINE

PostSubject: MY BIG CHEST ROUTINE   Tue Jan 25, 2011 12:26 pm

HIGH REPS = HIGH CHEST (25s rest betwwen each set and each exercise)

DIPS ----->25 second rest between each set<-------

6 set X 10 reps (for beginner) or 20 reps (certified) or 30 (pro)

then 25 rest only

DIAMOND PUSH UP ----->25 second rest between each set<-------

6 set X 10 reps (for beginner) or 20 reps (certified) or 30 (pro)

then 25 rest only

NORMAL PUSH UP WITH YOUR LEG IN A CHAIR (on knuckle or with push up bar )----->25 second rest between each set<-------


6 set X 10 reps (for beginner) or 20 reps (certified) or 30 (pro)
