 Potter's new rehab workouts.

I had skipped more than one year becouse of a surgery. Now Im ok and back to training. I was able to do around 14-15 pullups, and 60-70 pushups. Now my max pullup is 10. Time to gain some POWER!

You can follow my journey through this post from the beginning to the Bar-baric workouts.

Everyday:

5pullups
10dips
/repeat 5 times/

i will add more reps/ab, and leg work, until i get to this kinda workout, hope i can reach it till summer:
10pullups/20dips/30crunches/40leg raises ///5x///

And I use to do athletics and gymnastics at school and swimming.

I am about getting confident with my workout, but I think I wont raise the reps until it gets easy and my body needs to get confident to daily training.

I'm relatively back into action from a shoulder injury. I was out for months, luckily no surgery needed however. But wishing you well with your success.
