| That's awesome. I was working on tuck planche holds And push ups but looking at the video my arms were never full extended or straight. I thought they were but video doesn't lie! |

| Sure it did seem a bit low, for the last two, but that is still difficult. Bboy Junior was lower, but he still gets a lot of love.

| I don't know about now, but the last planche video of you (LBM) that I've seen, you have a pretty curved back and legs out at like 45 degrees, or you are using your legs as momentum. He is doing it slow and controlled, so going lower would only increase the ROM and the difficulty. |
