- burpees 3x10
- jumping lunges 3x20
- knee tucks 3x10
- calf jumps 3x50

Haven't posted in my blog for a pretty long time. This is because almost all of my workouts is the same, so I'll post a routine which I'm follow.


1 day:

Dips 1x
Pull ups 1x
Push ups 1x

One leg front lever 5x

Superman holds 3x


2 day:

Dips 1x
Pull ups 1x
Push ups 1x

Slow advanced tucked front lever pull ups 5x

Slow headstand push ups 5x

Short bridges 3x


3 day:

Burpess 3x
Jumping lunges 3x
Knee tucks 3x
Calf jumps 3x


4 day:

Dips 1x
Pull ups 1x
Push ups 1x

One leg front lever 3x
Slow advanced tucked front lever pull ups 3x

Slow headstand push ups 3x

Superman holds 3x


5 day:

This day I do pull ups, push ups, dips for reps. Every workout I do in diffrent way.


6 day:

Running


7 day:

Barbell squat 4x8
Lunges with dumbells 4x10
Legs extensions 4x12


Also, almost every day I do handstand and straddle front lever by GTG method, so I don't do these in my workouts any more.

So his is my routine. Your advices would be appreciated.
