- advanced tucked front lever pull ups 11x4

- handstand push ups 3x5
- handstand holds 3x max(15-20s)

- superman 3x10

- 12 towel pull ups
- 25 walking push ups

- dragon flags 5x3
- one leg front lever 3x12s
- advanced tucked front lever pull ups 3x4

- frog stand to handstand 6x1
- handstand holds 5x max(over 10 seconds)

Haven't posted in my log for a while but it doesn't mean that I wasn't training. So today's training:

- 24 dips
- 16 chin ups
- 39 push ups (13 - shoulder width, 13 - wide, 13 - diamonds)

- negative straddle front lever 3x1

- one leg front lever 3x20s
- handstand holds 3x15s

- pull ups with 10kg 3x5
- dips with 10kg 3x10

yo xhero, nice log , i would like to ask u something.

When u write for example 24 dips u do one set of 24 dips ?

Well i see u workout everyday so how much u workout each day?
When u train legs on rest days u warm up well before the workout and also do stretches? or cause maybe u walk all day when u do ur leg workout they are already warmed up so no need to warm up and only stretches?

I hope i dont bother asking u these things.

Yes, when I write 24 dips I do one set of them. I do warm up before every workout and stretch after.
