So I decided to write my training log. My goals for now is to hold full front lever for 10s and handstand for 30s.
Today's training:

- 22 dips
- 16 pull ups
- 34 push ups

- advanced tucked front lever pull ups 16x3
- handstand against wall 5x1min

- 12 close grip pull ups
- 16 T-push ups

- one leg front lever 16x8s

- frog stand 3x20s
- handstand push ups 3x5
- handstand against wall 3x1min

I work my legs on my rest days. Four times a week I train upper body and on the others three days legs.

- 16 solder pull ups
- 16 partner push ups

- one leg front lever x8s. alternated with advanced tucked front lever pull ups x3 for 8 sets.

- handstand against wall 5x1min.
- handstand push ups 3x5

- 34 push ups(12 - wide, 11 - shoulder width, 11 - diamonds)

- negative dragon flag 5x3
- advanced tucked front lever pull ups 6x3
- one leg front lever 6x8s

- handstand holds 5x max(10-15s)
- handstand press 3x1

- short bridges 3x15

Today on the first time I tried dragon flag. I never thought that is so hard. I think I need add it into my training.
