Hi all. I'm from Czech Republic. I'm 16, weight about 75 kg and height 178 cm. I practice about two years, but first year I lifting weight - personal power clean and press record was 70 kg (body weight 72-73 kg). And now I lifting only my body :-).
Recently (two months ago) I tried floor press and I pressed 85kg with reserve.
Sorry for my bad English.

No rest

About 100 pull-ups and 150 push-ups

GHR - 5x3xnegatives


4/1/11
Hanging leg raises - 3x6

Pistol squats - 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
No rest

One leg calf raises - 3xmax.


This week I'm tired.
