to really get a good burn of a push up static routine, u need to do the most difficult forms of the push ups,

i do statics on

Planche
Handstand
Ring Flys
Iron Cross

but thats already not all push ups, there is just not enough pressure to get a good burn from this, or to work any muscle.. hmm .. if yall want i can post a dip routine

We do push combined with dip combined with static holds combined with SOME MORE STUFF FOR MAX CHEST BURNN f**k
