Are you talking about tricep dips? I should of been more clear, I meant chest dips. It's hard for me to find a place that has two parallel bars far enough apart etc. I could use chairs maybe but it'd probably fall.

I'm talking about normal chest dips Smile

I've never sucessfully done it on chairs (angled backs and slippy floors doesn't work well) and i've not built PVC paralettes, but for both i've seen videos of people doing them.

However the others are ones that i've done before, and currently the main dips i do are between my banisters at my house, bit wider than i'd prefer, but better than nothing Wink

(and the benches were park benches, not the small ones you get at sports halls...)

Ive been using a back pack, weight vest and a belt(not weight belt, just a normal belt)
Just put the weight vest on, shove weight in the backpack and put a towel inbetween the weight and my back and then tie the normal belt around a dumbell and tie it to my waist or something. Works quite well ive managed to add about 60kg to myself like that
