@lbm: do you do your dips at rings or at a dip station? because i can only do dips on rings and yesterday i did 3 sets x 3 reps than i was exhausted Smile ok to my apology i have to say this has been my first workout for 2 month.

100 kg dips 5-8 reps x 15 sets ARE BRUTAL
Shocked

Do you just put plates in a backpack or what?

Also where can I do dips at if I don't have a dip station/rings? Or should I just save up and buy a station.

If i remember correctly, LBM mainly uses a belt with the plates chained on. He also uses a weight vest too.

Some people do use a back pack, with water bottles in for a cheaper alternative. If you do use a backpack, be careful of your shoulders and back, make sure you have the straps tight so the weight is as close as possible to your neck and spine, not hanging round your a$$ Smile

Also be careful not to overladen the backpack as they aren't usually designed to carry massively heavy loads, you don't want one tearing on you now Wink

You can use chairs for dips, or benches, bike stands, banisters, pvc parallettes... be inventive Smile
