What up my upcoming bar-barians, i believe in yall to get that barbaricness, here are just some tips for your workout, that will increase everything, dont question it before u try it..

1. The secret stretching before, while, and after working out..
2. the right foods and energy, we all know our drinking water got fluoride in it, get a waterfilter.. eat your fruits and vegtables, dont eat meat, its all poisened..
3.keep doing your basic sets with better form everyday, get a timer ready and try to get very very low rest between sets.. this will increase alot and everything, not just stamina and endurance.
5. do static holds on everyexersice u do, try to max on holds ( again with perfectform)
6. your body get used to working out veryfast, so make sure u do different things everyday- now u know why the lower rest will burn your muscle different
7. do weighted calisthencs on the basics, weighted pyramids, weighted maxing out , max weight max pull, max weight 1 rep.. just make sure u keep it clean form, and do static holds with weighted calisthenics to..
8. WARM UP WITH CARDIO
9. do alot of shoulders, and core workouts..

diary is poison too.

If you have money for premium elite organic food then go for it.
For example Beef if its antibiotic and hormone free and also grassfed its the ultra super good food for you !!

But problem today there is almost no foods like that.. the goverment want to take our food supply so we get sick and buy their drugs!! affraid

word! my judo trainer said to me few years ago that body is like a motor in a car - you gotta warm it up to give the best performance!

ever since i watched your stretching video LBM - i've always stretched b4 and after workouts a lot more than i used to.

I always warm up with some cardio to raise core temperature. But I stopped stretching before working out several years ago and as a result have no injuries, strains or pulls.

There is a lot of science out there that suggests certain styles of stretch can weaken tendons and ligaments prior to heavy loads and thus increase risk of injury. Something to consider if your in a strength or hypertrophy phase of training.

i know what you mean!! when i'm stretching, i know if i've not done enough, or if i can do some more, but i do do more active and dynamic stretching b4 a workout, then more static and isometric after.

thx for the good tips metin!! but why shouldnt we eat meat, what do you eat instead of that ??... to get your proteins and so on...because IU thought meat is very improtant for building strentgh

In America you get shitty beef that's been fed grains which is not the animal's natural food. Grass fed beef is best and really good for you. It provides more complete protein than other sources (like soy or beans) and it's also not loaded with omega 6 like those legumes.
Without getting too nerdy, meat is important, eat it.

As for me , i dont like red meat , just eat chicken the most, and also fish.

Ya, proteins from them are useful ones, very high biological value, absorption levels are high.
