PostSubject: Help with excercises.   Fri Dec 10, 2010 5:00 pm

I am quite new to caisthenics. And at the moment it is quite impossible to go to sporting stadium. At home i cant get pullup bar or any other equipement, couse there is not much of free space.
But i would like to know, what way i can keep training lats at home? and i would like to know other excercises for beginer that i could do at home. The ones i am doing right now are pushups, some dips and 8 min abs workout from youtube. Just put names of the excercises, if you can then also video.

Do some handstand push ups against the wall, all variations of pull ups on tree branches, edge of door or beam pull ups. There is many more but these should help.Good Luck.

You can do rows under table for your lats if you can't do pull ups.

do pull ups on doors. 90kg here and i do them. do them close to where the door is secured to the rest of the house. not where the handle is. you will see its fine Smile

do lying straight leg raises (if you find something to do dragon flags on, even better)

lunges, squats, calf raises, supermans, triceps extensions

Your only real option is doing pullups on tree branches then. I'm pretty sure the weather isn't so bad that you can't spend 5-10 minutes doing pull ups outside. Rows are great, but doing them on a table is very limiting.
