These are my homemade training equipment, Parallettes, ab wheel, wrist roller, baseball with chains for pull ups, two thick handles with chains for pull ups works great for grip training. These are really easy to make and strong.

Looks like weapons to me. lol

Hey Lou, have you ever checked out "Ross Boxing" website, He has a bunch of info on how to make your own equipment also (Sandbags, TRX, Sleds, Pull-up Rings) Very cool stuff. very strong man.

The ab wheel was pretty easy to make, It is a 6" or 7" lawnmower wheel a 10" spike i used a hacksaw to cut off the nail tip and nail head now put it through as if it was an axel, two washers, bolts, and gorilla epoxy just to make sure the handles don't move. The handles are two plastic tube handles used on the ripcord workout band i broke the tube so i just used the handles. You can get creative there are many ways to make one.Good Luck.
