| I got a copy of CC two days ago and I decided to work through all the progressions with my sons and I can say so far we are enjoying it.
Both of them are pretty good gymnasts but if you perform some of the basic progressions in 100% perfect form at 2-1-2 speed then even these can be a challenge.
I don't think there is anything very revolutionary about the exercise choices -most of these are covered in a progressive gym program - but it definitely looks like a good base building system.
The best thing about it is his emphasis on correct technique and how to do each rep to get the most out of it.

Convict Conditioning is an awesome book. I have used it also to wack some friends across the head when they tell me weight lifting training is the best strength training.
