it's really fun, compared to lifting weights. There's so many exercises you can do, on bars, rings even on the floor.

gets you HENCH if you train and eat and rest right!

your strength builds day by day, so you do things that weightlifters of similar size cant to, as they are big through weights and don't train for strength. whereas we train for strength and gain muscle in the process!

the pump is amazing! bars are really fun to have/build/train on.

cheap (i have gym membership too - for deadlifting/squatting/swimming etc...odd bar workout, if it's bad weather etc.)

workout anytime, not restricted to gym times.

i could go on!
