 Strenghten the wrist extensor?!

PostSubject: Strenghten the wrist extensor?!   Thu Nov 04, 2010 9:12 am

I just wondering when i do pullups, chinups, my forearm get tired and after the day it gets soreness...What bodyweight exercise do u recommend to do to get a strong wrist extensor? maybe another variation of pullup, pushup?

I would appreciate a bodyweight exercise that works, because i dont have any equipment and i dont want to use weights.

Well, you ever heard of a ridgehand push up? That help with extensors

well, kinda of like a knivehand in martial arts.Accept you perform them in a push up formations.

For overall wrist health:

Wrist push ups (from Coach Sommer of Gymnasticbodies.com) and the whole wrist routine

Fat bar training(pull ups, muscle ups)

Put a rubberband around your finger tips and try expanding your hand. Add more rubberbands or stronger rubberbands to progress.

Grippers. Captains of Crush are good.
