Around 2 hours... Will work my way up to 50 sets, and then increase the reps and less sets...

The goal is 1000 pushups, 500 pullups, 750 dips a day and always try to decrease the sets.

How often do you do that, or is it just a challenge that you do once in a while? What are your maxes for pullups, pushups, and dips?
