 L-sit stretching/flexibility

PostSubject: L-sit stretching/flexibility   Mon Oct 25, 2010 11:28 pm

I have been working on the L-sit and my problem is that i can't extend my legs all the way out and I do it with a rounded back, sort of. Also when doing L-sit pullups/chinups I can't really extend all the way down to a deadhang (feel a little tightness in my back). Does anyone have any stretching or flexibility tips/suggestions?

hang on the bar with locked out arms, and keep raising ur legs to the highest point u can, if your arms bend you gotta stop

Thanks i'll try that. I've been doing L-sit pullups consistently and my form has improved.
