5 x (5 muscle-ups, 20 dips, 15 pull-ups, 30 press-ups)
5 muscle-ups to finish

Bit more careful with timing this time, aimed for 30s-45s in sets and 5 mins in between although the last 2 sets needed 15 mins rest as I litter ally couldn't do a muscle-up, I think yesterday may have impacted somewhat!

Ties in nicely with yesterday's workout, but i can do 5 muscle-ups straight, 25 pull-ups in one set, 55 press-ups... it's just the dips that let me down at the moment and then chaining it all together and keeping good form

09/06/2012
3 x Bar-barian reqs - split into as many sets as needed

Set Time Muscle-ups Dips Pull-ups Press-ups Muscle-ups
#1 8.25 5 28-10-7 17-4-4 40-15 5
Rest 10mins
#2 16mins* 5 20-15-10 15-8-2 40-15 3-1-1
rest 15mins
#3 23.45 5 20-15-10 15-10 31-16-8 4-1

In the first set i kept the mid set rests down to 30s and 1 min before the final muscle-ups
In the subsequent sets i just rested as needed, probably 1min and 2 mins tried to keep it short Smile
when i had to break a set (eg 15-10) i only rested for 5-10s

*i got a phone call just before the final muscle-ups so timing is a little approximate

daWALLi's Workout

15 Pull -ups
20 Dips
15 Chin-ups
30 Press-ups

That's 1 set, now drop reps as follows

15/14/13/12/11/10/09/08/07/06/05
20/19/18/17/16/15/14/13/12/11/10
15/14/13/12/11/10/09/08/07/06/05
30/29/28/27/26/25/24/23/22/21/20

Under 1 hour 30.... I'm so dead right now!

25 Dips
14 pull-ups
5 press-ups

All within 3 mins
remaining time plus 2 mins for rest
Repeated for 5 sets.

Kept everything as a single set until the 4th round of pulls, 5th round dips and pulls both split sets too. Everything managed in under 3 mins per round. (Around 60-75s for the first 2

Yeah! What have you been up to? Still training and just not logging, or out due to injury or (yawn) real life commitments?

Training and not logging :-) although real life does rear its ugly head all too often!
