Time to get breakfast/wash etc. I could have done more on the sets but time was getting short.

100 Sit-ups
1 min plank


Work-out
LBM Static Pull-up Routine (6 CG Pulls to finish) my form on the Phorm wasn't great either :/
Calf raises (just to let my arms re-couperate a bit)

Push-ups
20 Normal
1-9-1 Pyramid Hands at waist/Diamond/Normal (Totalling 27/27/27)
3/5 Right/Left 1 Arm Push ups
2.5/2 HSPUs against a wall..
4/5/4 Tuck plank push-ups

8x8/6/5/5 Pull-ups - 15s between each set - 80 total


Cool Down
Statics
15s right leg tucked front lever
14s left leg tucked front lever
10s tuck
10s right leg tucked back lever
8s left leg tucked back lever

fall off bar silent

repeat (only for shorter...)


My shoulders are now dead....

Stopped early today, was feeling kinda sick :/ think i might have pushed myself a bit too far jumping from 11 to 15 on the pull-ups and chin-ups...

haha, it's ok,

Dirty 30s are

10 pull-ups
10 dips
10 push-ups

that's 1 set - repeat sets without break until you can't complete a set (my numbers above are the completed sets I managed)

Dirty 20s are

10 pull-ups
10 dips

Dirty 40s you add 10 squats (i think) to the end
Dirty 50s you add 10 something ab related... situps/dragon flags

Don't know about anything higher Smile

The HSPU really added another element to it for me, towards the end i really had to push myself to get up to the handstand let alone do the press!

Been ill for the last week Sad so only just getting back into training today.. so nice and easy


push ups

dips
chin ups

5x each, 10 sets

Max HSPU x 3


Max Front lever

No real warm up since the sets were so light (I was struggling not to get carried away whilst doing them Wink at least a couple of times I was going up to 10s for bits Embarassed

:/ i've been ill for quite a while (just cold/flu type things), and thought i'd just about been keeping on top of training. Tried doing the 2009 BBR when i was track last thursday, didn't even manage to do that (before being ill i was doing the 2010 BBR without the muscle ups)

So lots of catchup to do over the hols Smile, 2 weeks off, and my aim is to post up at least once each day

(also lost 3lbs!! best eat more too Wink )

35/35/32/35/40 Press-ups
LBM Static Pullup
(attempt one - couldn't complete soldier pullups - 5 min break)
LBM Static Pullup (attempt two - couldn't get to the soldier pullups - love the feel of this though, really pumped!)


Max tuck planche, plank to top up 35s
5x 35s right/left side planks no rest
(5min-50s total) (i was using my phone's auto keylock as a timer... hence the slightly odd timing... thought it was 30s xD )

Bit annoyed with myself today, didn't get my arse into gear and do a work out this morning, and have been out and busy all afternoon evening :/

I Have done lots of handstands and HSPUs throughout the day and have just tried the static pull up routine again... those soldier pullups are hard!!
