try to do daily and max out! your reps will go up quick!

for handstand push ups you have to get a basis of strentgh: do lot of push ups, dips, trizep extencions...
also do half reps of handstand push ups or do negatives

to increase your pull up strentgh do 3-4 sets of max every other day and the reps will come, it needs time...
anaother option is to do pull ups every time you feel good to do 2-3 reps
good luck!!

Hey man, I've been training handstand pushups recently and here is how I achieved mine.

First of all make sure you can hold a handstand against the wall for more than 15 seconds, get used to being upside down etc.

The way I did mine was I got a stack of DVD's and put them below my head, I'd lower myself down to the DVD's and touch my nose then press back up.

I started with a stack of DVD's that let me do about a half of a full rep. When I could do 3 reps at that height then I'd take off 1 or 2 DVD's making it lower and start the process again. When I coud do 3 reps I'd lower it again. Eventualy you take all the DVD's away and do them to the floor.

The way I train them is not going to failure, and doing them multiple times a day, I do 3 reps every time I leave the room. I went from being able to only do a half rep to doing 3 full reps in about a week and a half using this method. Give it a try and see how you get on.

Increasing my pullups I used this method

This worked well for me when I was starting out.
