 Help please 1!1!1!!11one!

Hey I have a few problems:

How to set up my day?

School (which is less than 10 mins away from my home) starts:

8:00am on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday.
8:55am on Tuesday and Friday.
And I usually come back at around 3pm

I go to boxing lessons which work as really good cardio workouts every day except weekend and Thursday. Lessons always start at 5:30pm (I leave home on 5pm because it takes 30 mins to walk there) and end on 7pm (then we can go to the mini-gym with very basic stuff)

And of course it's already dark outside when I leave boxing class so I only have a few days to spend my time with friends. Well what can I do not to overtrain but gain STRENGTH (muscle just as a by-product) and lose BODY FAT (7% is be my goal but I probably want too much) (not weight, I don't care whether I lose weight or not I just want to lose the fat but not muscle).

Weekends are all free and Thursday is basically the same just without boxing so I have more free time.

Can anyone help me to set up my days? In strength means I want a progression in pull-ups, chin-ups, push-ups and muscle-ups (doesn't seem like I'm getting any at all at the moment). I also want to get enough rest so you know if you will try to do something let me sleep 8 hours xD
