Yeap, it is PhilPot Very Happy.

Today, short time, had to max out because I can't workout tomorrow and Saturday:

Athletics:

-Running, jumping
-10,8,6,4,2 leg raises, toes to the bar, back extensions with 10kg, side muscles with 10kg
-10,8,6,4,2 squats with ~85kg dude, between 5,4,3,2,1 16kg kettlebell explosive jumps

Home:

-4x Superset: MAX different pullups until it burns and you can't do anymore straight after MAX different pushups + triceps extensions, until the burn is killing you.

Hope it somehow gets to me!

Very sore lol, triceps felt like a hurting stone Very Happy:D.

But still, I'm experimenting with this one thing today:

-10 sets of 50 body rows (body almost diagonally) and 50 pushups (on a high object)

These exercises were meant to be easy!

I got the blood pumping and the sets were spread out on the day, we'll see tomorrow if it helped my muscles to recover faster Smile.

Goddamn, my muscles are so sore lol... Seems like they're so tense without doing the exercise and when I do it, then it becomes hard and I can feel every single muscle in my back when I pull up, maybe I should take a rest... so... REST DAY!

So I woke up, and had some weird shoulder pain at side of my shoulder, dno, if I touch it it hurts, and when doing pullups, it also hurts... It's harder to do everything since I've been off training schedule for 5 days... very frustrating, just got some sets in:

-pullups (damn shoulder), pushups, dips

Damn man that sucks! Hope you get better soon. Your workout routine posts are very inspiring and motivating. I think I might do one of these in the future.

And now my left arms is giving me pain at the elbow area when I straighten it, what the hell is going on, right shoulder hasn't gotten better too, so can't do pullups... fucking injuries, I have to wait till their healed or I'll have to have even more rest days if it gets worse...

Make sure you are stretching your wrists very well before your workouts. I think it has a connection with elbow tendonitis. That's what someone told me on here and I had some pain but have had none since I started stretching my wrists. I also saw this on that gymnasticbodies website they call it prehab. Try doing more side raises and front raises in your routine to help your shoulders.
