Hey guys

I'm 5"10 81kg and 17 years old.

Favourite colour is black.
Hates peelings onions and enjoys chucking cutlery.

My goals are:
- One handed pull up(or chin up).
- Able to hold a steady handstand
- 1 Planche push up
- Human flag
- 10 Full dragon flags
- One handed tricep extension
- Stable 1 legged squat
(possibly think of more later)

Also just the average stuff like push ups. I bench press occasionally as well.

My diet is Cfood and eat it. Trying to get as much protein as the house contains,

Supplements: Food and sometimes creatine when I can be bothered. =)

Enjoy my log!

So this is my core workout.

The hanging leg raises was a new addition wasn't too happy with it, kept swaying didn't feel it in the abs etc.

The rest was pretty good =)

Lower back got a killing.

On the bridge(sorry spelt wrong in image) I went backwards into it and walked down a wall then upward again. Could only handle 3 times and 5 sets as my back gave out :/

Feel free to comment or something=D

If you're goal is planche you need to add tuck planche holds in to your core routine. Also L-sits or you could do zakaveli's

Workout was pretty decent!! Back is sore today (workout was yesterday just didnt have time to post)
Time was also strapped in my workout or I would have done more exercises.
I'm pretty happy because my reps went from 3 last week to 5 Smile

Also about the core planche thingy, I've been learning my planche bent arm and I have the bent arm planche hold down for a few seconds so far with a few bent legged push ups Smile
Not so focused on the straight arm planche yet

Did this workout yesterday,
Felt pretty good my triceps were ruined I couldn't do anymore exercises at all, my push ups were limited to 8 at the end of it Smile

Won't be working out for a few days due to P.E at school.. bikram yoga, rock climbing, a hardout cycle class and swimming.
