 Training scheme

Hello all!

I'm new on this forum! Last summer i went to LA and i saw some people training with the bars on the beach. That's how i got on this page. I fitness for more than 6 years now, but i had almost never touched those bars. So when i saw those people, i want to change that.

Right now i'm only training with these bars. but i really need some schemes for a workout (3 till 5 days a week).
I hope someone can please help me out.
