3 Set Max Routine (Every 2 Weeks to 1 Month)
Take the averages and those are your new numbers.

-Push-Ups -Sit-Ups -Pull-Rows
-Pull-Ups -Squats -Back Extensions
-Dips -Body Curls -Chin-Rows
-Chin-Ups -Calf Raises -Plank (Time)

Tips: Push-Ups = 2x Dips
Chin-Ups = 2x Pull-Ups
Calf Raises = 2x Squats
Then you do these sessions. . .

1st Session
Push-Ups
Pull-Ups
Dips
Chin-Ups
(UpperBody)

2nd Session
Sit-Ups
Squats
Leg Raises
Calf Raises
(LowerBody)

3rd Session
Pull-Rows
Pull-Ups
Chin-Rows
Chin-Ups
(Pull Focus)

4th Session
Sit-Ups
Back Extensions
Leg Raises
Holds
(MidSection Focus)

5th Session
Push-Ups
Squats
Dips
Calf Raises
(Push Focus)


Rules:
- 5 sessions = 1 set
- Aim for 10 sets
- Rest between movements = as little as possible
- Rest between sessions = 1 minute
- Rest between sets = 5 minutes
- Every other day routine, take rest day as needed
- Work your way up to a daily routine
- Eat a high protein diet and drink lots of water
- 2 Ways to use this Routine:
o 3 Set max (On fresh days)
o 10 Set aim (On semi-days)

I just started n only got thru the first 3 sessions. . . guess its something I gotta get used to. Good lookin for the info, knahmean?

i dnt rly get it O.o

explain please how u would do it? you do 1st 5 exercises then move to next 5?

You do 3 Set Max on the first exercises listed
Take the averages of all 3 and those become your new set reps.
Then follow the tips and see how many sets you can do.

Yep, but take longer to catch ya breath so you go full effort ecery exercise.
