PostSubject: Basics?! for everyone, everytime   Wed Sep 15, 2010 6:12 pm

So to clear it for everyone and for me, because ive got problem with this. The main point is here for me to workout every upper body parts well, so dont want neglected muscles...as i know well, the basics are the followings:

UPPER BODY
-Wide grip pullups
-Close grip pullups
-Chinups
-Rows
-Handstand pushups
-Dips
-Pushups ( i think there is two main basic pushups: Diamond and Wide)
-Tricep extensions
-Hanging leg raises
-Hyperextensions

LOWER BODY
-Squats(explosive)
-Lunges(explosive)
-Frog Jumps
-BW Deadlifts(1leg)
-Calves Raises(1leg)
-Stair Running
-Bicycling

I think this is the MAIN basics, that everyone should do correcly, nice, with high reps, slowly and focused and after that u can use a weight vest or go to the next level (learning the levers, planche etc.)

So do these everytime u workout and u will get better and stronger! Well, about the reps, u will feel it how many u should do! U will get the basics if u can do the bar-barian requirements with good form..well this is my opinion...Dont make injury if u are workout for 1 month, because u want the planche. Be patient! Just do the basics!!!!!! Lets say your goal is the barbaric requirements!

And my question is...Is it good if i do these basics at one training? I think the correct workout time is 1 hour, i dont think so i can do 100 reps of each exercise in this time....so what do u think?

This topic is for me too, i need the basics its just a help.

If u guys have something more, share with us.

Dont forget:
"If u want to count, first u have to learn the numbers well." ive just devised it Razz

Greetings, Daniel

EDIT: fkncody, there u are...

You can always try doing the basics with different hand positions in order to hit the muscle differently and keep your workouts interesting for your mind and body!

Train hard! cheers
