i will go to bed now but when i wake up, this is what my workout is gonna be. lol. havent decided yet one reps till almost failure or adding some weight or a fixed number of reps.. i will see. maybe keeping reps fixed but make exercise more and more difficult by adding weight or decreasing leverage.

any ideas/thoughts?

sounds good.. id say go short to failure always with added weight.
great way to build strenght+endurance. mix in some holds and ure set. id suggest doing that on a daily basis for a while. adding weight when it gets too easy.
maybe mix it up some too..
like; start(pullups,pushups)+30mins(rows/dips)+30min(pulls,pushups),.. etc.

Do 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, and 15 squats EVERY minute for 30 minutes. That will really test your endurance and it only takes 30 minutes.

I just try doing as many as i could in an hour,
only got 800 in lolz it's tough as. Good luck with your day long thing

This is just greasing the groove isn't it? You're supposed to stay as fresh as possible for as long as possible while doing your reps.

done. lol funny workout

uumm g2g u pick an exercise u can do only a few reps with and do them as often as possible while staying as fresh as possible..

dunno take plance push ups.. u can do only 2 max?

ok do 1 every 30 mins for 12h..

exaple of g2g..

in my case.. well its not some low rep exercise i cant do many times.. + i dont stay as fresh as possible Razz

nvm just finished. was funny lol

my point was that u dont go all out with gtg. u stay fresh > easier. if u go all out ure probably gunna think u did alot more right?
