 How is better

I thought one day and wonder how better.But not so realized whether it is better to make little reps and many series or many reps and little series

as much as u want..

start workout by doing lowreps then hit a few sets high reps.

do easy s**t a lot and try to work up of doing hard s**t a lot too by doing lots of low rep sets for exaple..

many ways..

but dont worry about it too much.

just do it and challenge urself!

take a dice and roll it before each set, this is what i would do for some time for fun. 1,3,5 = high rep set 2,4,6 = low rep set.
