Hi everyone , not so long ago i started training on bars . I really like it Very Happy .But i dont have any program or routine , i just do everything randomly and i dont know if i'm improving. I can do 18 pull ups , 25 dips , and 3 muscle ups Smile. So plz mates if you have time and if you can make me a program or routine. Embarassed

:/ but having routine is better, because you know how much you need to do , and pushing your self to reach that goal.

how much u need to do = what ur goals are

now if u keep challenging urself every workout u will get better and reach ur goals.

what are ur goals anyway?
