Around The World - If you got a park, you gonna hit every equipment in 1 set no rest, if u dont have a park, you gonna try to hit every muscle in 1 set.. ( pull ups - dips - lunges - push ups - leg raises- etc etc )

dirty 30's - 10 dips 10 pull ups 10 push ups = 1 set NO REST . YOU GONNA TRY TO GET HIGHEST NUMBER POSSIBLE. NO REST AND PROPER FORM

plenty of pyramids:

1 rep, 2 reps, 3 reps, as far up as u want and back down if u want.

examples:

1,2,3,4,5,6 <- going up

1,2,3,4,5,6,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 up + down

and ofc there is things like

2,4,6,8,10,8,6,4,2 <-- BAR BARIC PYRAMID! Twisted Evil lololollololool

u can also do pyramids like:


1 pistol, 2 dragon flags, 3 pull ups
2 pistols, 4 dragon flags, 6 pull ups
3 pistols, 6 dragon flags, 9 pull ups

etc etc..

Also, what are pistols ? & dragonflys ? And in the pyrimids how much rest do u have between the reps ? Sounds like a beast workout !

aiming for minimum to none kind of. lol

start out and take the rest you need. now i kinda quote lbm but.. try to rest as little as possible inbetween sets, this is what makes it a workout.

the guy is right.
