| I have the exact same thing. I think it is caused by your muscles "outgrowing" your tendons. Like you know you have the strength to do more reps but it hurts really really bad. I haven't had any pain for about a month now. I worked out hard one day and then rested a full 7 day week. but during the week I did some light exercises every now and then just to get my blood flowing. After the week I went to work out again and there was no pain. Good luck to you. |

| I wear an ace elbow sleeve, supports my arm and gets rid of all of my pain. Also look at these videos for help.

| my elbows also have started hurting alot, not sure if this is 100% due to exercise or because my bones are thinner than a person of my age, but i'll give those exercises a go and if they don't help i'll try an elbow support. |

| dont use an elbow support if you can help it... it weakens your elbow over time, same for ankle braces, its substituting something artificial for joint strength you need to build up.
for the pain, I found Tiger Balm works WONDERS for making it better. they sell it at most drug stores, and it is very very nice. it comes in a very small container, but dont be fooled, a little goes a long way. |

| The "Tennis Elbow Stretches" by Dr. Allan Mishra works wonders for about 20/25 minutes but then the pain comes back |

| I have had off and on elbow tendinitis for at least two years, both on top of my forearm and down low closer to the joint.. My treatment has always been a combo of ice/ ultrasound/rest. However the pain has always come back so obviously I am not doing something right. i think the thing I'm not doing are simple stretching/exercises like the ones in the video.
I actually have an appointment to see a doctor this Friday about it but I think I am going to cancel and try doing these exercises for a few weeks and see what kind of results I get.
Thanks for posting them. |
