Just keep progressing and let the physique come. Watch Leb's interview on strictlybartalk. You just gotta get it in. Make sure you are eating enough to grow also.

burn or no burn doesn't really mean that they aren't growing but I know that having the burn is a fucking great feeling so I suggest pseudo maltese pushups and rope climbs if you have a rope those will get you to feel your biceps trust me.

I think you are talking about Australian Pull ups. Very good for biceps. Here's Alkavadlo's video on what they are.

Like what most others have said it takes some time... I noticed change like after a month a work. I'd do reps a 10, 15, or 20 until my body wouldn't work. For rest between I just picked a nearby tree an walked to it and back. Prolly like a minute and a half or so. During that rest you'll recover pretty well... and ONLY think about the 15 or whatever you gotta fight NEXT. By tha time I could not do anymore my biceps felt like steel. For bouta month I did this everyday.

Front lever pulls planche work and straight arm stuff will make your biceps swell, probably faster than doing just chin up exercises honestly. Exercises where you're maneuvering your body around straight arms are retardedly effective on the biceps.

I started focusing extremely on planche stuff in the past month and my biceps have grown by an inch and a half about.

What I do is planche negatives from a handstand into a planche (I can't do a perfect one with straight legs for longer than 3 seconds yet, so what I do is bend one of my legs to my back and then the other one is straight) and hold, after that I pull back up into a handstand and bend my other leg and go back down. I also do planche push ups with both legs bent towards the back. I mix reps of those up with pseudo planche push ups and lower back work in the form of straight leg press ups to handstand supported by the wall.

Stuff is pretty efficient. I've never tried wall walking up on down before feet on the wall and I was able to do it pretty easily with an extra 50 lb vest on.
