That was pretty sick, but for almost all the skills, your arms are bent quite a bit.

Great thanks for this.
Im new here and love all the advice and help you guys give out, much apprecitated.
question ive been practicing for the planche for a couple of weeks and
just wondering is there a specific way i should be facing my hands? ive been doing the push ups with hands in various positons and is it more a comfort thing or should i be concentrating in one direction. Im guessing a lot of you guys can do any direction with the hands but any tips for this for starting out?
cheers guys.

Hands slightly outwards is comfortable and you don't need as much wrist flexibility.

As i have seen on a forum before

" do not bother with hands placement, unless your long term goal is to do a planche press "

It's true, you only need hands forwards for the planche press, or planche push up on p.bars, but it's p.bars no ground it's different, just do it with hands in a position confortable for you.
It's personal.
