yesterday i've started 10 down pyramid sets and i've doing this routine:
2-4-6-8-10-8-6-4-2
Pull ups x5 sets
2-4-6-8-6-4-2
Dips x5sets
2-4-6-8-6-4-2
Chin ups x3sets
2-4-6-8-10-8-6-4-2
Push ups x3sets
2-4-6-8-10-8-6-4-2
Incline push ups
2-4-6-8-6-4-2
Decline push ups
2-4-6-8-6-4-2
tricep extension x3sets
I've doin' it without added weight, cuz is hard, is better if the next month I add some weight?
And, this routine is good for strenght/mass gainin'?
