| getting your body to produce more anabolic hormones and make you bigger, stronger and faster!!!
ok, your body produces steroids as we all know.. now alot of FOOLS use the drugs .. but NOT ME .. our body produce it naturel .. so what we wanna do is maxemize that..
one way to do that is, understanding the fact that our body produces it own WHEN THE SUN START TO SET.. so basicly the sun start setting.. ur body basicly wanna start settin of anabolic hormones, but we errupt that cause of our busy lifestyle.. what we do is we set ourself in rooms where is alot of lighting, like computer screens, tv screens etc etc.. but these shut uss back to CATOBOLIC MODE.. catobolicsm is the complete otherway of ANOBOLICSM
so what u wanna do is when the sun starts to set.. u wanna set also.. so dont go behind ur pc, dont go watch tv.. EAT, READ A BOOK, READ THE PAPER, DO PUSH UPS whatever.. make sure u go to bed in time, the minut u hit the pillow ur body becomes anabolic.. so make sure u go to bed no later than 10 at night make sure u be out like the sun be the moon u wanna just maximize that time.. sleeping! dont wake up before 6.. but dont get up later than the sun STARTS TO RISE!!! thats 1 way
another one is take advance off the growth hormone facts.. so eat alot of FOODS!! HEALTHY! and HEAVY TRAININGS.. SO CALISTHENICS WITH A WEIGHTED VEST IS A GREAT WAY TO BOOST THOSE HORMONES,
TIP : WHEN THE SUN STARTS TO RISE DO SOME SQUATS..OR WORK UR LOWERBACK..
AND THIS IS ANOTHER THING WHY UR BREAKFAST IS SO IMPORTANT!! EAT THOSE CARBS IN THE MORNING..
JUST WANTED TO SHARE WITH YALL.. PEACE

| This is good info! I've read about this before. It just sucks that I work in a restaurant and don't usually get out of work until about midnight. Hopefully I can find a day job one of these days. |

| Here's a question for you. Does sleeping later affect the state your in? If you sleep later, does that translate into catabolic breakdown or what? After you hit REM sleep your muscles relax because your spinal column shuts up and REM sleep becomes more frequent as you sleep longer. Consequently, protein synthesis takes place during that time. So I'm wondering whether sleeping later and longer would be more beneficial than waking up earlier. |

I don't think it should affect you too badly. The thing is that if you get up early and get out into sunlight, you get Vitamin D exposure, which is known to have anabolic properties. It's not actually a vitamin, but more of a hormone(in structure). But seriously, if you get in touch with nature, you'll be better off than if you aren't.
Also, I believe that we're meant to have different sleep schedules during the year. Shorter in summer (longer daylight hours) and longer in winter (shorter daylight hours). Most things in life need to be cycled. The foods we eat, the activities we do, and how live in general. |

| Did some research on Vitamin D:
There are two types, D2 and D3.
D2 is synthesized from ergocalciferol and D3 is synthesized from cholecalciferol.
D3 is apparently about 2 and a half times more effective than D2 in humans, that's why it's so god damn hard to find D2 (as I experienced in my local health food store) so you might as well give D2 a pass, especially since it's the type that you don't synthesized from exposure to sunlight and B rays.
Vitamin D turns into calcidiol in the liver and then it's turned into calcitriol and if it acts as a hormone in the kidneys, it regulars healthy functions such as bone growth and cell replication, among other things.
So definitely getting some sun and synthesizing D3 is very healthy for you and does indeed have a chemical makeup very similar to a steroid. |
