Hello bar-brothers!

How's your progress?

I made new video.
One of my favorite calisthenics moves is a Human Flag.

So, I present to you my new video. Just found that there are not so many human flag tutorials. So, here it is!

Enjoy it Smile

If you have any questions about doing the exercise or technique, you are welcome!

Alexander.

I got bulky legs so its kinda hard for me to do that just yet. Should I focus on tucked flag raises? Smile

does the type of grip affect the flag? I'm able to do the flag and hold it stable using the grip shown in the vid. When i try it on a pole, well thats when i start to move backwards, any advice?

You need more practice in step 1 and 2. Try to maintain balance, feel solid and stable position.
