LittleBeastM The Barbarian

Day 1 : Strength,Endurance,Core
Day 2 : Moves,Static Holds,
Day 3 : Strength,Endurance,Core
Day 4 : Moves,Static Holds,
Day 5 : Strength,Endurance,Core
Day 6 : Moves,Static Holds,
Day 7: freestyle, Rest.


Strength,Endurance,Core
Warming Up
set 1 . Bar-barian Requirements, 5-45-25-55-5 soon i got my new rings so i can do muscle ups on that Smile

set2. Handstand Push ups with Weight on, Like ankleweights or something, not to high u wanna make reps.. 1st set is on hands, 2nd on handles, and so on untill you got 10 sets

set3. Dips 5 sets of 150 lbs dips.. Max reps

set4. Pull-Ups behind the neck/ L-seat with ankleweights, vest could be used 20 sets of max reps.

set5. Tricep Extensions, followed by tucked planche push ups , followed by handstand push ups followed by tricep extensions followed by normal push ups.. 3 sets NO REST!!

SET6. Dragonflags, with ankleweights or one armed.. max reps 10 sets of it .. after each set u do 100 crunches and 20 l-seat kicks on the dip bar, u can do zakavelis 2 if u like

set7. frontlever pulls 10 sets of max reps, CONTROL

set8 when i got my rings, i do dips , ironcrosses,frontlevers,backlever muscle up routines on there.. so when i got it , i do bulgarian dips max x5, ironcross hold 3 sec go up and again hold 3 sec max x10, frontlever to backlever hold it for 10 second and go back x 5, muscle ups max reps x10, then i place the rings lower and i do the ironcross push up version good for core and chest, max x 5..

set8. BEASTMODE BURNOUTS 1 pull 1 diamond 2 pulls 2 diamonds untill you can go no more my record is 13(bad) .. u can do dips instad of the diamonds 2 to chop the muscle

set 9. beastmode burnout static holds, 1 pull go down hold middle 15 seconds, than do 2 go down hold middle 15 seconds.. try to max out

set10. 10 sets of chair push ups with the weightedvest (mine is 70lbs) i like to do tricep extensions after each set..

set11. do everyexersice u can start with any u like, but u cant have no rest, when u finished u gotta do it 3 times over..

set12. the bar-barian requirements, no rest if u dont make it . try harder next time..


static hold moves,

warmup

SET1 HANDSTAND HOLDS NO WALL OFCOURSE REPEAT 5 TIMES X5
u can do handstand push ups 2 only withouth the wall
SET2 PLANCHE HOLDS, STRADDLE FOR NOW REPEAT 5 TIMES X5
u can do tucked to straddle reps to
SET3 FRONTLEVER HOLDS, REPEAT 5 TIMES X5
u can do frontlever pulls to
SET4 ONE ARM NEGATIVES, PULLS, REPEAT EACH ARM 3 TIMES X5
if u can pull , pull
SET5, When i get my rings, backlever to frontlever + ironcross repeat 1 full set x5

set6. max hold on dragonflag with one arm x5
u can do static reps 2

the X5 behind is its a circle that u gonna do 5 times, u start with set 1 than u do 2,3,4,5,6 than u do all that x5

2 solid routines Metin.
Once again it must take you 2hrs+ to get through. that is some serious endurance, both physical and mental. I know a lot of people would look at that list and shake there heads in amazement.

Ah, you're lucky Metin! I wish I had a set of rings! I've never tried them before but would love to do a muscle up to see the difference between the rings and a bar.

yea bro.. well what i do right now is ironcross presses .. good for the fckin chest and shoulders.. the muscle up is easy.. its just more balance and control.. everyone should get some rings.. incredible things!

Try some of my favorite muscle ups, round the world muscle ups. So you pull up to one side with one arm stretch straight out on the opposite ring and then muscle up with the arm on the side you pulled up to. When you pop up to the top of the muscle up shift over to the other side and then slowly come down. When you get to the bottom position, muscle up on the other side. Repeat until sore.

yea i just cant make the transistion with my injured wrist
