training in the rain today (and not much time to workout, unfortunately) Suspect

PT pyramid with 1 pull up, 2 close grip push ups, 3 deep squats (a$$ down) up to 5 and back down.

total of 25 pull ups, 50 push ups, 75 deep squats

then another pyramid till 3 and back down

so another 9 pull ups, 18 push ups and 27 deep squats.

total: 34 pulls, 68 push ups and 102 deep squats in not even 30 mins.

then (evening) static holds for triceps
3x30 flat bend leg raises for core (slow + controlled)
planks + side planks

good day, but didnt have much time to invest in pull ups (bad for competition Razz)

i will update in here what i do etc. just also for me to keep track of what i am doing. u ppl seeing what i am doing and correcting my mistakes. lol. and in general to see progress and keep me motivated.

goals right now study

1.) generally my number 1 goal is strength.. but atm i wanna get a few reps up

2.) increase in pull ups/chin ups

3.) increase push ups

4.) do my daily ab work every morning and every evening

i think this is it.

todays workout:

i will go with a pavel routine that has been on the forum already at least once i think. the 5-4-3-2-1. this will help me get my reps up + build my stamina. i normally prefer chin ups than pull ups. i believe that chin ups are a bit superior for different reasons. but in this routine i will be using strict palm away pull ups. well.. for now at least, normally i enjoy mixing up the grip every few reps or every set.

morning ab work.

then:

warm up running

pull ups: 5-4-3-2-1

some negative chin ups after that

push ups. 15-12-10-8-6-4 (dunno rly if i can use this kinda principle for push ups but i will try. i can do more push ups than 15, but ok its a good start + the reps go up daily. so no need to rush. last few sets i do diamond push ups

and some frog stand hold as i have discovered those static holds and i rly like them so i will also progress in those.

evening ab work (as soon as i leave laptop lol)

thats it for today. solid one.

that doesn't look bad !

wow, didnt post in here for quite some time. so.. todays workout (i enjoyed it a lot, lol)

24.05.10

PT pyramid up and down. with 1 pull up, 2 push ups, 3 deep (a$$ to ground) squats up to 3 and back down. and i did 4 of those pyramids. so.

36 pull ups, 72 push ups (various hand positions ofc), 108 deep squats.

only 1 min rest after each completed pyramid.

then

flat bend leg raises 60
plank max
side plank (each side) max
static holds for triceps max

this workout didnt even take me 1h. sun was fucking hot and i train outside. the sun facked me a little. + i didnt train much those last 2-3 days, normally i would do 5 pyramids and some more ab work. but ok, quite pleased + had a lot of fun Very Happy

well, thats it for 2day.

soo uuumm..

did kinda 250 push ups throughout the day (this is what i do every other day) all sorts.. handles, declines, inbetween chairs, normal, wide triceps etc

legs: hindu squats, lunges, one legged calf raises

then 1m jog to park. stretch legs and warumup upper body

then hitting bars directly.

pull ups (wide close all grips static holds etc), lbms static hold routine (less reps ofc)

knuckle push ups inbetween

then chin ups (all kinds again)

full sit ups (thats my rest. lol)

then paralel bars dips (i do low reps cus after push ups my triceps and chest are already tired) leg raises on paralles bars and some l-sit holds

then again some incline push ups

some last low rep sets or half reps of neutral grip pull ups.. and then job back or walk back.

thats kinda it.

in general i am trying to go to the park everytime i go. even when it rains cuz in my accomondation i have no chance to do pull ups.

so sometimes i also work out sore etc. so dunno exactly where i am atm.

trying to get my reps up in general atm. while also losing some weight that i got over the past weeks. had a leg injury and my legs got very weak. so also working on those. ok thats kinda it what i did yesterday
