day 29:

rest

ok i will dramatically change my routine.

GREAT WORK PAVEL! this routine works great! i am certain if i would do it for another 2 weeks as it is supposed to be done i would easily have doubled my PR i had 1 month or so ago. i mean. i already improve great Razz

i prolly can go till 10 straight pull ups with an overhand grip and dead hang now in one set. that means i already doubles my PR. lol.

i got a couple of days ago the book "convict conditioning" and i decided to follow a bit some things and routines etc i did read in this book.

i will take steps back and start from scratch. not rush into things. he has some 10 step progressions in order to master the "big six" exercises. i will start at step 1 i guess. and then go up 1 step every month. i feel a bit lame doing so "little" all of a sudden but thats ok. its just a mind thingy.

ofc i will update everything in here. while i will be doing all those considerable "easier" exercises i will do more cardio and more muay thai drills etc. so i also burn off some fat that i can get rid of. hope the muay thai and some circuit bw training will help me stay in shape Razz

so from 2morrow on i start my routine. i will set it up 2day and from 2morrow i will be posting everything in here. i will follow the steps in the book and see what happens Smile

again GJ PAVEL! gtg has worked for me and then also this routine! since now everything i have tried from pavel has worked. ofc i will also use some of his techniques in my new routine. especially the ones on how to get and improve on the one handed push up and the pistol.

ok thats it for 2day, sorry for the big text :/

P.S. thanks Taiga! Razz von nun an wird der log auch noch besser.

day 39:

okay. from today on i start a daily lower body stretching routine that will help me achieve splits and some general better flexibility.

i work on strengthening my tendons and joint and then making long term progress on exercises like one armed pull ups, bridges, one armed push ups, pistols etc..

i will work out 4x per week for joints and tendons and strength and add some sprints and try to do some cardio workouts on a daily basis to burn off some fat. as long as the exercises are so easy i will do uphill sprints also on the days i workout my legs.

i am already 1 week on my new routine. so 3 more weeks before the exercises will change. "progress is the name" <---- Wink lol hahah

so today:

shadowboxing for warmup

pushups:

wall push ups: 3x50

midsection:

knee tucks: 3x40

and stretching routine.

thats it for 2day..

wow long time no see. hi at all.

so i am still on my routine (as i will be for a lot of following months) and moved on.

17.04.10

had not much time, quick workout, but all i needa do.

5 min tabata workout.
flat knee raises 20, 20, 15
incline push ups 25, 25, 25

nothing that hard but ok, intensity goes up, all that counts. never stop and go hard. cant wait for the harder exercises to come. till then my grip, tendons and joint will be getting stronger so that they can take it.

from now on back to daily posting again and got a new cam, so also couple of videos Smile
