i do alot of muay thai also.. and have u considered u might have blocked a kick the wrong way? i know that can f**k u up from experience.

no thats not it. i believe it is the handstand practice for some reason :/ i jsut checked out my logs on paper and saw that the pain started after me doing my first handstand push ups + negatives + holds like more intense. had an intense workout and ten worked handstands daily. so mby thats it. 88kg on my hands, mby.. hmm...

thanks for the tipp though, but i doubt it tbh

i had the same elbow problem as yours. Well, i remember the pain started when i did a lot of tricep extensions and pushing movements. Dont know why but chinups helped me. It strenghtens the elbow in an other way. Do chinup variations! and try to not do hard pushing movements for a while now! Rest it!

i think ima get my log going again slowly lol.

todays workout.

g2g style handstand push ups with wall.

and went for a 2h walk after eating.

i am on intermitted fasting atm.

feel free to ask me stuff as usual before i disappear again lol

warmup arm circles, couple sets regular push ups, playing around with exercises and an elastic band i found, lol

diamond push ups
pseudo plance lean hold
dips
pseudo planche push ups
bent arm ring flies

since 4 days on gtg with handstand push ups.

then had to do some shopping and walking around the city, lol

then started eating window for the next 8 hours

1st meal, big mixed salad and added a big can of tuna, nuts, banana apple.

tomorrow pulling day

shoulder contractions on bar
pull ups
tuck frontlevers with 3 sec hold
tuck frontlever pull ups
chin ups

was raining and was working out on a sandy playground, getting into backlevers got all the sand in my face 4x so i got pissed and left LOOOL Razz

else also backlever training Wink

today:

leg raises and l sit hold (my l sit aint straight anymore O.o)
lying leg raises (too much sand on my shoes for dragon flags)
handstand push ups with wall
explosive pull ups and some kipping pull up training right after
support holds on rings
ring rows followed by ring dips
straight bar dips
chin up static holds
pseudo planche lean holds

250 squats
250 lunges

took me 40-45 minutes. 60 sec rest between set. weekend lots to do, will be rest days
